Rage tells the Captain, “They are done and moved off to something bigger.”
Rage is handed several dry-cleaning robberies. A total of 28 outfits are taken, nothing more.
Rage wonders how the electronic equipment taken could be changed to sell at full value? She goes to a factory. She learns of flux made of silver is needed to fake the equipment as new.

Williams has a 4 am shooting call out. He can’t believe the hand-written details the Inspector expects in two hours.
The men shot had flux and glass on their shoes. No one ties these facts together.
The Inspector is waiting for the other shoe to drop in his investigation. But, his other shoe is in Robbery.

Help to solve the shoe and shooting cases come from an unknown source.
