Rage and Jones are driving an unmarked FBI car back home after an undercover assignment. Going to buy gas, Rage runs into a speed trap. She refuses to pay at the scene and ends up before a Judge. Her and Jones still use the FBI undercover id’s. She forces the judge to get a recorder, a prosecutor, a jury, and witnesses. The small town of Dugway has a secret within its miles of metal mines and they want no outsiders in town for a time.
The Judge trumps up some charges to hold them for six days, until the deal is closed. Rage gets word to the FBI and they storm the town and finds no one in it. They find no entrances as shown on their maps into the mines. Every wire in the electrical panels has been removed and taken.
The FBI finds Rage and Jones in the tunnels from a trap door in the jail where they were locked up. But no town’s people.
The air in the tunnels is becoming bad as the FBI tries to search them.
The FBI reasons, it was a drug operation they were shutting down.
In the tunnels they find 65,000 small compartments bolted to the walls, they go on for over a mile. All the power into the tunnels was conditioned to be near perfect.
Find the people and understand what is going on.
