The Madam’s 757 wings to down-under, returning with $400 million to open a tidal plant on the Washington coast.
Skin divers are pulled up dead by a fishing boat near Oregon. The Navy takes the two bodies and wants to cover up the incident. A missing person report has officer Jones at the diver’s house and finds three men trying to haul off everything. They are thrown in jail. The Navy admits and asks for help. The dead divers had equipment the Navy did not think was known. The investigation leads miles up the coast to the only plant nearby. Rage and Jones try to get close to the tidal generating power plant. They are hauled out of the water and sent back home.
The Madam sees Rage and speeds up whatever she has going on. The case is cold after the plant closes and lays everyone off. The government and eco-group were happy until they were sued, and all the locals lose their jobs.
The plant proves what is needed; truck after truck leaves the building.
In a Near East Kingdom the Madam meets with the King and Crown Prince. She is not welcome by the Prince, but his father is wise.
“Son, if the twig does not bend it will never be a tree. Our people need what she has.”
Rage finds a clue and has court orders to search the plant. What do they find?
