What is the Number One reason why people can’t stick to a health and fitness program?
Quite simply, it’s all about proper mindset and discovering (or, more, accurately rediscovering) what is already within you. By learning about your Centreline and the philosophy surrounding it, as well as a handful of simple, realistic rules and principles, you will learn to unlock what is already within you and achieve lifelong fitness and wellness.
My mission is to cut through all the confusion, fad diets, and other things that will get in the way of YOU getting in your best shape ever and having fun doing it! Fitness, in my way of thinking, is all about knowing and learning about yourself. You are the one doing the work, and You are the one reaping the benefits. Getting results, however, is not necessarily about learning, but rather unlearning a lifetime of conditioning and re-connecting with your inner essence.
With proper guidance, over time you will feel yourself become a different person. Your health will improve, your patience and stress levels will improve, little things that used to bother you will seem silly, and more positive changes will happen. What’s really happening is you are rediscovering yourself and, in fact, who you were meant to be and who you always have been.
