In the previous episodes the Audrey Eleanor had come under attack by an ex-navy cutter/gunboat.The crew now need to determine if Audrey has met the end of her days. The other consideration is whether the US boat that hit her has insurance to cover the damage that he has done.

Sunday roars in with gale force winds. The Robert S remains dockside; their plans to motor to Princess Louisa have been altered due to the thrashings of the furies. There is tension on the dock.I’m sure the Captain of the Robert S is feeling terrible about the damage he’s done. They are likely not in the celebratory mood that this final trip was supposed to create. There is little movement from our neighbours across our watery alleyway.

As the possibility of losing our grand lady sinks in we aren’t feeling real neighbourly either. It will be a double jeopardy if our damages and costs aren’t covered. The All State Farm Insurance Co. of the USA doesn’t give out information on the Weekend; we have to wait until Monday to find out if the Robert S has marine insurance. The reality is that the Robert S could have motored away to sea by then.We aren’t taking on water, this is good, but the lack of knowing is weighing heavy on us, the loss builds in our minds.
