This book based off of the life of a real pit bull named Riley. Riley is a beautiful pit bull who did not have the best life before being adopted. Riley tells the story of his life from his perspective. He shares his life before his adoption and how people turned away from him because of his breed. He shares how sad he felt when people murmured that he was nothing but a pit bull. After being adopted, Riley shares his love and triumphs and comes to terms with being a pit bull.
