Victoria Newton has had a personal connection to Christ since she was four years old, which is when she began having premonitions about her future. She knew that shed face hard times even before she was diagnosed with polio at age five. At age thirteen, she had an operation on her ankle to fortify it and make it stronger. Meanwhile, her alcoholic father was violent to the entire family. Her mothers efforts to provide a stable environment did little to lessen the chaos and fear that dominated the household. The one source of light was her aunt, who became a beacon of hope to the family, showing them the importance of believing in God. She taught her niece how to make a vision-poster in her mind with all the things she wantedand it worked. But challenges would continue: Victoria soon found herself with her own less-than-perfect husband, and at times, the entire world seemed to be against her.
