Prisoners of Fate

After surviving a violent attack that claimed the life of a fellow officer, Eric Arthur believed that his life had returned to normal. But one evening while training a rookie officer, his life is again thrown into a violent confrontation that leads to a dramatic race through the city to catch a dangerous group of criminals before they make their escape to freedom.
