Memoirs of a Substitute Teacher

Over the course of being employed as a substitute teacher, the author compiled a collection of classroom escapades and antics, and bound them into his memoir. Inside, the reader will come across a well-balanced book consisting of humorous episodes, along with a peppering of frustrating scenarios that emerged on any given day. One occurrence was when two kids tried to crush a trapped classmate between the wall and the piano they used as a wedge. Or when two brave nerds targeted a jock during dodgeball, only the letterman wound up taking both out in the span of two seconds. Also, the reaction the author received from a seventh- grade class when he introduced them to his collection of Garbage Pail Kids collector cards.
