The Afflicted Ones

   This adventurous tale takes the reader into the not-too-distant future, where our troubled world has fallen to a whole new level of abject depravity, as humanity reels from an atomic war to end all wars and the planet sinks into utter chaos, a place where human beings morph into utterly depraved creatures, devoid of empathy or compassion, becoming neither man nor animal - enter the Manimal!

   Set in the cool rainforests of Western Canada, Manimal World is a place where Cannibals roam, where Shamans and Sasquatch are to be found, where remaining semblances of humanity are hunted down by Manimals, to become slaves, concubines or food. It's not a place for the faint of heart but through it all, brave  people still manage to find a light at the end of the proverbial tunnel - where good overcomes evil, but not without a huge price to pay!
