Kimo, the wicked White Oracle, banished from Water for her treachery will do everything in her power to make King Ichos pay for sending her to the Earth Star.
Her first act of revenge will be to capture the white Kingdom of Shusin and put her daughter, Sun Ling, on the throne. In the shape of a giant squid, she critically injures Shusin's ruler which leaves only one obstacle between her and her goal, Sun Toi, the rightful heir to the throne.

But after King Ichos sees the threat to his favorite earth kingdom, he sends Archer and Aradia to eliminate the danger. To Archer and Aradia's dismay, King Ichos neglects to tell them there's more at stake than the kingdom of Shusin. The powerful White Oracle controls the great black dragon which will destroy all of King Ichos’ earth kingdoms if Kimo isn’t stopped. Archer and Aradia rapidlly discover there’s nothing routine about this task when they learn the depth of Kimo’s skills. In addition, Shusin’s Captain of the Guard isn’t pleased when Archer suggests his guard can’t protect the kingdom from Kimo’s attack without their help.

Shusin’s destiny will ultimately be decided after Kimo, in the shape of a white dragon, and her opponent, in the shape of a red dragon, meet one on one in a battle to the death.
