This is about... milestones, of my journey into my recovery of withdrawal, depression,
anxiety and self esteem.
It contains story and poems that speak to issues of trauma as a child and I always had to
prove that was strong person when rolling did get tough. I had to roll with punches with
grace and resilience.
Some of these poems were inspired by singers from rock roll, blues, and country and
western genera. Roy Orbison, Johnny Cash, and Patsy Cline.
Some of these stories readings and articles taken from ...Letting go and moving on from
loneliness by walking away and starting over again. Dealing with changes the in life
and accepting those changes in my recovery.
Traveling provide me time for reflection and I choose New England because of personal
history.
