When we become chronically ill, it can be hard to know what to do. So, we flounder around trying to carry on as we did. But guess what if that doesn’t work! You will get more and more tired and you will even feel more pain and fatigue.

Therefore, the best course of action as a chronically ill person would be to educate yourself about your chronic illness and try to live the best possible life that you can within the limitations of your chronic illness.

It’s helpful to remember that chronic illness doesn’t have to have us. We have a chronic illness. And chronic illness doesn’t have to have an indelible power over us. Therefore, we don’t have to identify with the illness.

The more effectively we can manage our pain and fatigue and other debilitating features of our illness, the better our life will be. So, this is one of the reasons why we need to educate ourselves. Knowledge is power.

Given the internet, this education can be right at our fingertips, if we know where to look. We should develop a willingness to work at creating a life that is as healthy as it can be without some of the real negative effects of our illness. And if I can do this, so can you.

In this e-book, I will outline 29 tips to educate yourself about your chronic illness. Once you do, you will be well on your way towards living your best life, despite your chronic illness.
