The mother of Deputy Sheriff Bo Clowney disappeared when he was only five years old. The prime suspect in her disappearance was Bo’s dad, Pete. Over the next twenty years, twelve more young females would go missing. This included Bo’s first high school girlfriend, and the daughter of his best friend. The disappearance of the girls and young women was a total mystery to the law enforcement agencies in and around Nacogdoches County, Texas. How could thirteen girls disappear without there being a single clue as to what had happened to them? Law enforcement agencies, all the way up to the FBI, had been involved in the search for the missing girls. Each law enforcement agency had the same amount of success in finding the girls. None! Bo Clowney graduated from college and became a deputy sheriff. His top priority was to find out what had happened to his mom and the other missing girls. Little progress was being made until a freak of nature occurred. About this same time, Bo met a pretty school teacher with the unlikely name of Tinker Belle Blue. She unknowingly gave Bo an idea about where to search for the missing girls. A lot of determined, unrelenting police work, a little help from Mother Nature and an unexpected idea from an elementary school teacher might bring a resolution to this twenty year mystery
