The story of the Four Musketeers - Larry, Sam, John, and Julia - continues in volume 2 of Crossroads: Heaven In Her Eyes as the teenagers grow into young adults and enter college, still living in Bryan and College Station, Texas, small, conservative college towns, the home of Texas A&M University.

Plans are put on hold when a tragedy befalls them. They are forced to come even closer together than ever before, not only to take care of each other, but to take a stand against the injustice and insanity that holds the world in its ugly grip.

The harsh reality of the universe confronts Larry personally. The dream he has been nurturing for over four years moves hopelessly beyond his reach. The only option left to him is to let it go, for the secret of happiness is not the pursuit of the things one wants, but the satisfaction derived from the things one has. He must transform himself from the boy seeking only his own selfish interests and desires, into the man who selflessly places the wellbeing of those he loves ahead of his own.

Yet how can he simply walk away from everything he cherishes, and has cherished for so long? He knows what he has seen and what it means. He must find a way to reach the Heaven In Her Eyes.
