Her thoughts came back to the present as she picked up her handbag. When she arrived at work that morning, she carried a small overnight case in preparation for the party at Josie’s. It contained a skimpy short skirt and an even skimpier blouse that didn’t hide much of her attributes. She hadn’t bothered putting panties or a bra into the case. She decided to change before she left work and put her coat on to cover her erotic costume as she walked through the office to the door.
Rob had told her he would be a little late getting to Josie’s since he had to put in overtime at the advertising firm where he worked. He had suggested she go ahead without him and he’d meet her there.
This didn’t bother Jamie. She would have more time to spend with Josie’s and find out what her friend had in mind for the two of them while they waited for the other invited friends to get to her apartment.
Jamie ducked into the bathroom and changed into her outfit she’d brought along. She had just put her coat on when the door opened and another worker walked in.
“Hi, Jamie,” Emily said, a frown covering her face when she caught a glimpse of Jamie’s clothing beneath the coat.
Her coworker always acted so uptight making Jamie curious if the other woman had ever gotten a good lay. She doubted the lay part by the look she was watching her with after seeing her skimpy attire.
“Hi,” Jamie responded hurrying to button her coat to shut out Emily’s prying eyes. She quickly loaded her clothing from that day into the black case and zipped it closed.
“What plans do you have tonight?” Emily asked.
Jamie could see the curiosity eating Emily up as she had seen the clothing she was wearing beneath her open coat. Instead of answering right away, Jamie picked up her purse and removed her car keys placing her keys in her coat pocket.
“I’m meeting a friend,” was her only response.
“Oh, well, have a good time,” Emily told her sounding insincere as hell to Jamie. She didn’t care whether Jamie had a good time, or not. She was just nosy about Jamie’s activities. A little demon prodded Jamie into telling her coworker just what she was up to that night, but she thought better of it. Emily would make a beeline to find the boss and tell him Jamie’s naughty little secret. This would be the end of her career at the bank.
