Jeda glanced across the car seat at Jake Cassidy as he drove his loaded down SUV toward the camping area he had chosen for a week of fun and relaxation. It was a little place in Oklahoma called Oslo Campgrounds way out in a woodsy area. She only hoped they weren’t the only campers that week. She always loved interacting with other people.
Her thoughts changed as her eyes were drawn to his handsome chiseled profile, but today it held a serious expression as he concentrated on the heavy traffic early that morning. She couldn’t help noticing how his muscular body looked strong and virile in the shorts and tank top he’d chosen to wear that day. He raised his hand and pushed his black hair aside from his forehead.
She especially loved his hair with the dark midnight color glistening in the morning sun shining in the car window. The added length was something that had always turned her on giving him an appealing rugged appearance.
“You’re awfully quiet this morning,” he said glancing across at her, his brilliant green eyes holding a questioning look. His eyes lingered on her flowing brunette hair and traveled down her full breasts narrowing to a small waist and curvy hips. The look that filled his eyes told her he enjoyed what he was looking at. The expression glinting from his emerald eyes told her how much he wanted and desired her. She never got tired of seeing that look.
“Just enjoying the scenery,” she smiled as her violet gaze returned to his tanned body.
“Oh, so you’re enjoying the scenery,” he laughed not missing how she was studying him from head toe only inches from where she sat. “If I didn’t have to drive, Jeda Vallini, I’d be doing the same to you and much more.” The joking sound had disappeared from his voice and a serious note had taken its place.
“Promises, promises, always the promises,” she smiled again shaking her head. Her thoughts were dwelling on the steamy love making they always shared. Last night was the perfect example of how they felt about each other as Jake made intense love to her. It seemed they could never get enough of each other and time hadn’t changed their exciting romance one bit.
