肛瘘是肛门附近及直肠下部发生的瘘管。本病的特点是局部流脓、疼痛、瘙痒。其发病原因大多是由肛痈或肛裂诱发，以致湿毒伤于内，乘虚下注大肠，蕴结不散而成。肛瘘的治疗以手术为主，药物为辅，若外口闭塞，脓液排泄不畅引起全身症状和局部红肿时，需配合内治，治应清热托毒。若为结核性肛瘘，应调补气血。
