When Love Calls the Heart

Cheyenne owns the well-known Horse Haven Ranch it’s been in her family for over a hundred years and she takes great pride in carrying on the tradition and keeping up the family’s good name. She just gave an interview over the phone and she can only hope she’s made the right decision in hiring Nico. Normally she wouldn’t do that but she’s desperate for more help. Right now she’s down one ranch hand and desperate for another. What she doesn’t know is having help on her ranch isn’t the only problem she has. Someone from her past is headed her way and is about to turn her perfect little horse haven upside down. What’s even stranger is Nico is in the mix and will stop at nothing to protect her and while he’s keeping his eye on her the sparks ignite between them. The question is how will Cheyenne respond?

Nico is an ex- professional bull rider. He’s had his last ride and it was a good one but he’ll never climb on another bull’s back as long as he lives not after what he did to Rich his best friend. The guilt eats at his gut everyday making him sick. He’s hoping that starting over, making a new life for himself will help him move forward with his life somehow. He found a job on a Ranch in Chiefland Florida and hopes like hell this is what he needs to help him settle because that’s what he’s ready to do settle down. No more running. What Nico doesn’t know is his past will catch up to him. You can’t run from the truth even when you’re hiding it from yourself. What’s more surprising is how Cheyenne is involved he knows he must protect her even if it cost him his life. What he can’t believe is the strong sexual desire he has toward her.
