It was real talk from the beginning to the end. The young Angel Reneé Walker goes through things that a lot of adults can't handle. She lives, learns and falls down. But most of all, she had to find a way out of the place where people hide to get away. I find that this book is inspirational and just what is needed in today’s world for our young people, both guys and girls. Grief comes to us all, but not all of us make it through. The aspects I admire is how she maintains her social standing among her peers.”
