Barry is a beacon - a fog horn for supernatural creatures. They come looking for him far and wide because they desire his power, a power he doesn’t fully understand.

After the other creatures come looking for Barry he and Preston take the opportunity to flee into the woods together and stumble upon an isolated shack that is said to protect those in danger. The two get closer in the shack as a war rages on outside and Preston finally shows Barry why he’s worth more than the other wolves.
