In Waterline, the state of education in America is looked at through the eyes of a man who has spent twenty years dedicated to the profession and the children he serves. A single minded vision of helping students has provided him with views of unions, administrators, teachers, parents and cultural icons which cut through all of the politically correct aphorisms and leaves us only with specific examples of how each group of people help or hurt the only important goal in education: preparing young people for success in life.
