Waterfront Romance

Steve absolutely loves his fabulous waterfront penthouse and uses it as a base from which he explores the southwest  quadrant of the District of Columbia−an area little known to most tourists and even many long-term district residents. His encyclopedic knowledge of the territory proves to be the deciding factor in a scavenger hunt where he is the only  contestant to know about the district’s Titanic Memorial located near the marinas. As a result of winning the contest, he meets Kris, a tall, blond Swede who’s a hairy and handsome captain in the Coast Guard.
 
Love and lust, romance and treachery go hand in hand on the waterfront. Another Coast Guard officer, Eddy, has the hots for Kris and is determined to get into his tight white uniform pants no matter what despicable tactics he must employ. Steve and Kris are both, each for his own reason, hesitant to enter into a serious relationship until their qualms are quashed on a romantic weekend cruise on the Potomac River. The escapade turns into a nightmare when, upon returning to the marina, Eddy confronts Kris. How can Steve compete with the threat of blackmail in the era of “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell?”
