Really Blake is floundering through a life that doesn't make her happy. She realizes the humor in the poor little rich girl scenario, but it doesn't make it any less true. She's married to the man her father picked and having mindless affairs to punish them all. Really thinks Johnny Rose will be one more affair in that vein. Big, brawny, shaved bald and bad-ass, he's just what she's craving. Until he puts her in her place--right off the bat. Then Really's intrigued. But once he gets her in his bed...then Really's hooked. What follows is a road trip, east coast to west, and an amazing amount of self discovery, sexual and otherwise, along the way.

Not long ago I asked the question:
"Would you follow me? If I did a serial? Would you show up to find out what happens? I have a million projects that I'm juggling and there is a piece missing. A spark in my belly that makes me know I'm doing something solely selfish. Something flirty and fun, nasty and dirty. The most decadent of all: something just for me. No one else.
That's what Wanderlust will be. This is my little book. Written on the fly. Piece by piece. In between all the craziness of life…Are you in?"
What resulted was a multi-month journey cross country. Me, Aurelia, Johnny and some folks they met along the way. And a bunch of readers who stuck with me through thick and thin. Readers who showed up every day, gently pointed out errors, cheered me and my characters on and gave me a huge ego boost by anticipating every single chapter.
If you are patient you can still go find Wanderlust on my blog and read backwards from the first entry. If you are impatient like me, I’ve put it together as one document for purchase. This is 88,000+ words of rough sex, self discovery, abandon, experimenting, pain, lust, love, laughter, raw confessions and excitement.
I’ve left the format in blog form. Instead of chapter breaks you have a number at the top of each section. That represents a blog. Unusual, but I like keeping to the original.
If you didn’t take the original journey with us, I welcome you aboard and hope you’ll send me feedback when you’re done, if you feel moved to do so. This is the longest thing I’ve ever written and I looked forward to and enjoyed every moment of it. And I did it all with a bunch of people watching and waiting on me. With all those eyes studying my daily output. Seems I’m more of an exhibitionist than I ever imagined!
So buckle up, we’re off and we won’t be stopping until we hit the nearest diner or no-tell motel. It’s going to be a wild ride.
