Waldorf Astoria Murder

To her astonishment Miss Tayke receives an all-expenses-paid invitation to be guest of honour at the annual convention of the Amateur Investigative Detectives Association at the Waldorf Astoria in New York. She asks her theatrical friends Cedric and Bunty to accompany her and they all set off in high spirits. However, before the convention kicks off a murder is announced: Hiram Zuckerman, the man who issued the invitation. A chance eavesdropping on a heated conversation between two delegates opens the door to Miss Tayke tracking down the killer while the NYPD are busy looking elsewhere...
