This book is not the usual kind of Ghost Story book. Because I am not a Ghost Hunter, I am not a paranormal investigator. I do not have the equipment or the knowledge to explain what people tell me they have seen or experienced. These stories are undocumented, as I would not know where to begin. These are their stories that I am now going to tell you.
It is because of these limitations that I prefer the title, Unusual Occurrence. There is another reason for the use of this title. The fore most reason is that almost all these stories involve dead people, or mysteries, and consist of hearsay information passed along by folks who do not want their names associated with the stories.
Because this is a book of hearsay, unlike all of my other books that are historical narratives based on research and cross checking of documented facts. These unusual occurrences normally have no documentation to prove their validity. Normally these occurrences are personal experience that is relayed from one person to another. I, like you, are an audience to these people and to be fair to them must accept at face value, without judging. One thing I can attest to is that the people who told me the stories that I relate here honestly believe their stories, and I ask you to honor these same parameters.
Thank You
