The purpose of this manuscript is to enable positive thought during challenging situations for those individuals inhabiting low income environments. This manuscript will inform ex offenders and gang members about their cognitive economical disadvantage that they are born into due to living in the hood. The information enclosed in this book brings awareness to individuals about their cognitive processing errors due to environmental dictation. This manuscript is a training tool for professionals to become better equipped and knowledgeable about non diagnosed mental disorders that cause negative behavior cycles. Training is provided for law enforcement agencies, academic personnel and judicial personnel as well. This training is needed in order to understand why individuals they come in contact with due to negative behavior continue to make wrong choices.
