He swung his wooden baseball bat at a zombie. The impact made a nauseating sound as the head of it burst open, gushing blood onto the cracked cement. He was surrounded by ten zombies. They closed in on him as he took out his military grade shotgun and opened fire. Three zombies fell. He was dumb to have gone out at night. He was located on the steps of the Courthouse downtown. Originally He was looting every building in sight searching for food and supplies. He was also looking for survivors. Twenty more zombies approached the courthouse.
"Bullshit!," He exclaimed as He reloaded. He aimed at a zombie but my gun jammed. He threw it down and ran to the door of he courthouse. It was locked. He took a step back and kicked the glass window out. The zombies moaned as they climbed the stairs. He ran in and immediately ran towards the elevators. That was stupid. They all weren't working. The zombies poured in as he headed towards the stairwell. He threw the door open and bolted up the steps. The zombies made their way to the stairwell as soon. As he got to the third floor, he opened the door and ran to a courtroom. He entered in and began barricading the door with chairs and other heavy items. He could hear the zombies outside. They were scraping at the door. He ran and hid behind the judges desk. He had been carrying a black backpack that held his gear: A Smith n' Wesson 500 Magnum, Two small cases of 350gr JHP bullets, a standard size black flashlight, a military grade pocket knife, one bandage, a half empty carton of cigarettes, a full box of matches, and a notebook with a pen inside it. He took the gun out and loaded it. He then laid it next to him. The noise outside was growing louder. All of a sudden the barrier of chairs began moving.
"Fuck!," He yelled, picking up the gun. He looked over the desk as the barrier broke. Zombies swarmed in the room. He shot blindly at them. Much to his surprise, He hit them. Each fell one by one as more zombies entered. He put the gun back in his bag and took out the pocket knife. As the zombies neared, He charged at them, swinging violently. As he was swinging, the horde began surrounding him.
