TRIPS Agreement and Intellectual Property Rights Regime in India

The present book is a humble endeavour made by the author to explore and bring to the fore various implications of Intellectual Property Rights which are in conformity with TRIPS Agreement in developing countries in general and India in particular. It has addressed various concerns of developing countries which must be taken into consideration taking into account their unique socio and economic paradigm. This book has coalesced heterogeneous elements of TRIPS, IPR, Sustainable Human Development and public interest into a perfect synthetic whole.
