Subram Raman (Subi) has travelled extensively in the Mystic Orient and has come in contact with mystics, seers, para normal psychics and other metaphyisical practitioners. He was curious enough to investigate anything metaphysical that came across his path including listening and interviewing those practitioners. This book is a collection of those experiences, the thoughts expressed by some of the subjects that he came across in his journey to understand the paranormal world. Some of these depictions were from his personal experiences in the paranormal realm. Towards Inward tries to depict the actual workings of the Human Mind, Birth after Death (reincarnation) and related experiences of the human Mind that has not been explained and understood hitherto to the public. The author makes a serious attempt to answer these mystic phenomenon in a series of sessions between Alina, a Russian woman and her psychic dog who reveals his past birth events and explains some of the mystic phenomenon associated with past birth, death and reincarnation. One of the big misunderstood phenomenon is 'what happens to the human at death?' This has never been explained in a reasonable manner. At best if someone is asked this question, majority of people say 'I dont know' or 'I dont believe in it'. This book presents an alternative hypothesis to this question based on ancient scripture and rituals. An attempt is also made to explore the working of the human 'consciousness', which is at best not known to many. Also there is an alternative explanation for 'forms' that form the basis for ghosts and other paranormal activity. There is also a hypothesis given for the 'why' of the reincarnation. The author also makes an attempt for the reader to understand that animals also feel pain when killed and urges a more humane form of killing animals for food. The much discussed out of body experience is explained and the author gives a technique to practice for it.
