The topic of vows is not very well understood and there are not many books that speak to this topic. Questions arise about whether Christians need to make vows. Looking at Biblical examples, there are arguments both for and against making vows. The importance is rather in fulfilling the vows that are made. With examples from the lives of Biblical greats such as Hannah, Ruth, David, Jephthah, Joshua, Jacob and Saul, this unique insight into the topic will be an eye-opener and help to answer many questions.

Margaret Kuofie (MSc, CSci, FIBMS) is an allied health professional who has been a Christian for over 36 years. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences and a Master’s degree in Clinical Research Administration. She has travelled extensively both in ministry and professionally.  This has enabled her to gain a wealth of knowledge in many areas, which is reflected in this book. She is currently a minister in her local church and helps to lead the women’s ministry.
