To date, the contest has received entries from every US state, as well as, Mexico, Canada, England, Ireland, France, Denmark, Brazil, Australia, Nepal, and Puerto Rico. Any proceeds from the competition are used to support Wordstock’s professional development programs for K-12 teachers, as well as creative writing instruction for their students and families, in under-resourced schools in our community.
