In turn, the criminals have donned masks to hide their own identities, create alternate personae, or both. Sharon Skinner is an award-winning writer. She is currently a board member for Anthology, Inc. and the AAGP(American Association of Grant Professionals), and is a Certified Grants Professional (GPC). She received her M.A. in Creative Writing from Prescott College.
