THE SECOND INCIDENT

 THE SECOND INCIDENT, is the revelation of a group of sailors involved in a super-secret project onboard the former USS Annapolis, AGMR-1. This project, championed and funded by President Eisenhower in 1958 and furthered by President Kennedy in the early '60s, was cut by a frustrated President Johnson in 1969. In lieu of funding, a Presidential Decree was bestowed on the civilian handler of this group and the men involved to fund themselves by tapping into the vast money pipeline of the dope smuggling industry. Capture the dope, destroy the dope, intercept the money, fund the Alien, stay out of jail. The easy, uncontested takeover of the American Embassy in Tehran in November, 1979 led the ruler of Iran to order an attack on America from within by a fanatical sleeper cell led by Sheik Abejanejag, a fervent disciple of the Ayatollah. The group of sailors known as the 'Animals', led by Dr. Arnold Many Bears is inserted, without their knowledge, into this bold attempt to bring the infidel ‘Great Satan’, the good old U.S.A., to her knees before ALLAH with a devastating blow to America's Achilles Heel, her most vulnerable spot, using the most violent destructive force ever unleashed against this great nation. The U.S. Coast Guard, the U.S. Navy, the CIA, the Mexican Armada, U.S. and Mexican Diplomats, all commandeered by Dr. Many Bears using his all-inclusive ‘Presidential Decree’ to intercept this violent sleeper cell. All this while saving the Human Race from a more sinister fate, annihilation by the 'Being' whose only allegiance is to her 'Gods', the group of sailors from the USS Annapolis and her newfound ‘HEAVEN’. Actual historical events lead to cruel deception, aching love, frenzied sex, brutal murder, uncompromised mayhem and betrayal at the highest levels of government played out on land, on the sea, and under the sea. The violent cataclysmic destruction of America is foiled by a small group of dedicated men and women, an improbable Alien, and the ultimate goodness of evil men.
