Our current philosophy of science starts by assuming that the laws of physics govern the entire universe. However, with this as our starting assumption, we have already excluded even the possibility of free will.
In this book, we remove this automatic exclusion by starting with two assumptions: (1) free will exists, and (2) the universe is knowable. From here, we adjust our understanding of the universe as needed to fully enable science in a universe where free will is real. By the end of this book, we have shown exactly what is required to make free will and science fully compatible.
