The Roommate

Luke lives alone with his dog, Spike, and decides to rent the third floor of his townhouse in an effort to save money as well as to have some human interaction. Holly, a beautiful brunette, moves in. Luke is smitten but doesn't know how to tell Holly. He cringes when Holly brings home men, many of whom are losers, making love to them in the bed directly above his. After one of her lovers leaves, Luke takes matters into his own hands.
