In the modern day society, a vast majority of adults are sexually active. Not all are married so not all are engaging in the traditionally accepted forms of sex. Marital sex. So in a world where homosexuality, incest, forced sexual activities, adultery, bestiality, fornication etc exists, a religious organization contracts the services of a serial killer, to execute all who have been found guilty of engaging in illicit sexual activities. The law used to judge who is guilty is that of the Leviticus, derived from the Bible.
A group of strangers are targeted for execution under supervision of the fire spitting Bald Preacher.
It is from the murk of this violence, judgment and destruction, that Kenneth Taji (a Nairobi based, married with kids, formerly closeted homosexual lawyer, now exposed in a country where homosexuality is illegal and judged immoral) emerges to fight a system that has taken everything from him. A man suffering a fate far worse than death, he is supported by another lawyer with a dark secret and a daughter who will ride the waves with him to the very end.
