Tom Anderson and the Knights of the Order of the Saltire are facing a crisis. The country is safe, and freedom and justice have been restored. A few remaining members of the forces who attempted to overthrow the civil government are still at large, but there is disagreement within the Order as to how to handle these fugitives.
