The Poet in Me

The Poet in me' is a poetry collection meant to soothe and relax one;s body, mind and soul as well as give the reader insight on the endeavors of life in general. Time and again we take life for granted and it is as though we tend to forget God in whatever we do, so this book acts as a tour for the reader to explore and search for the true meaning of life. The title was inspired by the difficulties I have had to go through while growing up as a child throughout the years and also the beauty of Mother Nature, that reminds me a lot of the utmost high who created me for a purpose. I have come to realize that its time to speak up and break the cycle of silence that has been living within my soul. The unique words, phrases, expressions, thoughts, feelings of joy and sadness, the art that has been living silently within me have to come out and reach the world through revealing the poet in me.
