This short technical note provides a Fundamental Law regarding all known physical “constants.” In actuality, there is no such thing as a physical constant. Assumed physical constants will all change slowly over time, in our terms. A description and mathematical explanation are provided. Suggestions for further efforts are provided. This paper will be meaningful to those with a background in physics, math, and/or engineering.
