In a beat up old Buick I had gotten from a wrecking yard and partially restored he quit my full-time job not for certain where I was going either Amarillo or Oklahoma City in route having stop for gas in Monterrey California calling on a pay phone he having a lengthy conversation with his former girlfriend an lover reminiscing about their previous intimate relationship she older than him a divorcee with two children over the phone they are rekindling their relationship and are soon making wedding plans he in route now bound for Amarillo Texas in route as he is driving down Interstate 40 eastbound in the Mojave Desert he sees a bright object in the distance hovering over the ground and then suddenly soaring upward rapidly far beyond his eyesight.
He will soon find out that he was not the only one who had seen this apparent UFO as a motorist with a camera took more than fifty snapshots of the incident, the incident being investigated as yet another confirmed UFO sighting.
