The Late Shift

Being a goth in Eagle Point isn’t easy. The whispers and surreptitious glances are one thing, but they’re nothing compared to the growing fear Vanessa has of living her life in a small town when she longs to be a well-known horror novelist.
 
One night while she’s working late for her part-time job at Serendipity Bridal Boutique, a coastal squall blows a handsome stranger into the shop. Vanessa is instantly caught up in dark daydreams involving the mysterious Jack Wren, and her life is about to experience a plot twist of epic proportions.
