This is the 3rd part of "The Kwerekwere Testament: The Complete Chronicles" trilogy. Orakwe has now lived in South Africa for 8 years. He is sick of his involvement with crime and decides to return to Nigeria. An old friend emerges from the past to offer Orakwe a window into legitimacy. The fight to get back into legitimacy proves much more difficult than anticipated...
At this stage, the level of crime on "The Streets" is so well orchestrated, with criminals and government officials operating in a symbiotic but insidious relationship. Orakwe discovers the viciousness of the legitimate people in government and in the academia. A surprise encounter with an occult group cause Orakwe to take an important decision.
