A story set in a different world and a different time, The Fall of Saar is one of the incredible additions that the fantasy romance genre has seen in a long time. Authored by Edward Antrobus, this novelette paints the picture of an underground civilization that takes place on one of Saturn’s moons.

The kingdom of Bara is rich in history and heritage. Legend has it that Bara fought the evil Koorg and unified her people to bring peace to the world. It has been a long time since then, and people had started forgetting their history. But one priest, named Vaamick, stayed true to his roots. Being an ardent believer of Bara, he put his time and efforts in creating the biggest and holiest temple in honor of the Goddess. But his faith is shaken by the woman he loves.

Because of their respective social status, the couple has to keep their relationship a secret. The king wants to marry off Lorinth to a wealthy and powerful man, and Vaamick comes nowhere close to fulfilling the criteria. But once he becomes the most powerful priest in the kingdom, he could ask for her hand. Will he succeed in his efforts?

Years pass by, and Vaamick builds the biggest Bara temple that the world had ever seen with donations from some of the most powerful men. With great power, Vaamick had to shoulder greater responsibilities. Notable people start to look up to him as one of the most respected priests. His bond with Lorinth grows stronger. But before he could reach his position of power, the king chooses Jeef, the son of Lord Biimp as the Lorinth’s suitor. Vaamick’s dreams are shattered. Will he lose his beloved to another man? **About the author:   **

Edward Antrobus loves reading. So much so that he won an award in middle school for it and the local library gave him a college scholarship. He discovered science fiction in high school with DUNE and Dragonriders of Pern. When he read The Martian Chronicles for English class, he decided, with the the typical arrogance of adolescence, that he could do better. That started a 20 year journey to write Once Upon a Saturn Moon, which was finally released in March 2016.
When Edward isn't writing, he is busy making people late to work in his day job of road construction, spending time with his son and 3/4 of a cat, and desperately tries to come up with a better bio.
