The Dream Writer

Jacky Bess is The Dream Writer. That is to say, she writes what she dreams and channels them into best-selling books. However, Jacky doesn't simply dream up a concept and develop it, rather, she authors her dreams at the time that she dreams them, letting the story unfold and develop for her. Unbeknownst to Jacky, her dreams uncovered deep secrets that she thought at the time were just a figment of her imagination. Like an invisible observer, she recorded each scene one after another; each dark reverie that revealed others obscured truths. Then one night everything changed. The subject of her dreams became herself, and she started to dream of her present life listlessly sleeping and writing her life away. She didn't think these dreams were interesting enough to write about. And perhaps that would have been true, had her frighteningly accurate psychic manifestos not combined with her personal life and reveal an evil presence lurking in the shadows that hinted at her own demise.
