The Covenant takes place largely in a place called Kinasa, or the never ending forest. It is a place with beautiful winters, beautiful falls, and summers that one might die for. In Kac’s adventure to appease the God of the Universe, named Unverdus, he goes to the temple with some of his friends, many of them old, and some of them new to him to the center of Kinasa; in the Temple of Corela. After finding out what he must do, he and his friends find themselves in the middle of a Civil War and they must fight their way out of Kinasa, and find that it burned from the inside and out.
