The Corn Juice Cabin is about a true friendship that started at a very early age between two young children. One an African American girl, the other a white boy. Ella and Timothy. As time passes by their friendship never weltered. Set in the 1950’s where times in the south did not favor an interracial friendship like theirs had become. As they play in the forest as children they find another unlikely friend. His name is Jessie, he kind of takes the children under his wings as they say. Ella and Timothy learn so much from Uncle Jessie, as they would call him. As adults they went their own way, but they were always there for each other until the end.

The author’s goal for this book is to have the reader be at total peace while reading this book, and to have a nice smile thinking about their own childhood memories. He sincerely hopes you will enjoy The Corn Juice Cabin.
