Zac Robinson is together with his three friends, Ted, Bob and Misty, a master player when it comes to computer games. The three are meeting every day in Misty's parents shed for the daily Dungeons and Dragons. They play against each other, They switch around, one game Zac and Ted against Bob and Misty. Then they change, Bob and Ted against Zac and Misty. One day they were invited to play against other teams, a new game they had never played, or even heard of. They, the four, after some talking, after a normal game decided to accept the invitation, and join this competition. Then one day, after the regular play in Misty's shed, Zac got an e-mail. He was sitting in his room fiddling with his laptop while he waited for his mother to call that dinner was on the table, when he noticed this e-mail. Zac was asked to right press his mouse. When he did, a gray fog, or mist started to swirl on the screen, It was almost like a hurricane, and the mist came out from the computer, and surrounded Zac. He was sucked in to his own laptop, and became part of this new game his e-mail had mentioned. When his parents called dinner was served, and he didn't answer, both his parents came in to his room looking for him. As he was not to be found, they phoned the police. After the police had done their search, and even interrogated Bob, Ted and Misty, they couldn't find any answers to his disappearance. His three friends decided to play in the competition even without Zac. While playing this new game, Misty looked at Ted, and said. Isn't that Zac, the figure in the middle, as she pointed at Zac inside the game, the inventor left. The police was called again, and going back to Zac's own room, the police together with the now arrested inventor, got Zac out of his laptop.
