The Career Chase

This book is for all adults exploring or interested in career change whether forced or voluntary. Since successful and lasting personal and career changes start internally my purpose particularly is to provide insight into the internal factors those emotional and psychological issues creating both the pleasure and pain of changing careers. These emotional and psychological shifts that occur when we change careers are a very major part of the process and are the least an­ticipated and understood. Once we move through these internal issues we are then free to deal more effectively with the very real external barriers and obstacles as well as identify the opportunities and challenges of changing careers.
