The Big HEad KIDs

Allow your mind to travel back to a time if you would, back to a time when you were a kid young, innocent, and carefree. Life was simple and dreams were all so vivid, because that is all you had, it was your future. The hardest decision you had to make was choosing between Red or Orange Kool-Aid, Pop Rocks or Pixie Sticks, and Bubblicious or Bubble Yum. Saturday morning cartoons were always PG-13 and the only violent crash was Wiley Coyote running off the cliff and crashing at the bottom head first. There were no such things as vampires, werewolves, wizards or fire breathing dragons. The only dragon you heard of was named Puff The Magic Dragon and he was harmless. Remember those times in your life where you built your own go-carts, forts, tents, and sand castles. Your imagination could take you into the forest to see the Smurfs and Gargamel or to flying little Ponies in the sky. Life was good, and kids were kids. If you remember those times why not share them with your children. Let them enjoy and relive some of your childhood, while creating their own childhood memories through reading. Encourage them to enjoy the simplicities of being a kid where life is fun, friends are amazing, summer break is the time of your life and childhood is just simple.
